Scotttrade, E * Trade, Zecco, Ameritrade, etc. which is best and why?

I want to make small, fast trades only with few thousand dollars. 1. I do not want my profits eaten up by commissions, fees and hidden costs (taxes eat enough thank you). 2. I do not want not that the trades to take more than a few seconds to sign up and around (assuming that the sellers or the buyers are there). 3. Finally, I want to be able to get this done through my website to a phone (I think an iPhone). Who has experience with brokers line up and what was your experience, good or bad? What would you recommend and why? If possible, please respond to my three points above as accurately as possible!
