A way to trade stocks freely? without usings ameritrade etc.?

I’m just wondering if there is a way to trade stocks without paying 10 dollars per trade…there must be somewhere where you can trade stocks without having to pay a total of 20 dollars to buy the stock then sell it….but I know very little of the stock market help me out so I can understand possibly?
