Ameritrade Website Down

Comparisons online stockbroker and Reviews

Looking to open an account online broker and overwhelmed by the number of choices out there? Well, thank your lucky stars! Here is a summary of dealers online that I put together to help our community financial resources.

Very probably many of you already have a stock brokerage account online, but if you're like me, you started an account a while and has continued with the same company and in all these years, even though we know there is much more options and possibly better now. For example, I began a Ameritrade account a little more than 10 years (the company is now called TD Ameritrade after a merger) and I still have the same consideration. At that time, my priority was to secure the rights of the lowest stock trade (or lower fees). I do not care too much for stock analysis and research company, as I have used other Sites like Yahoo Finance to do most of my research. However, over the last 10 years many things have changed and there are many more options there. Maybe I was missing out on many new features that could save time and money!

The first point I make is that there are many online brokers out there. No single solution for all, and each of us can have a different need, I'm not going to recommend a particular broker to work with. My goal is to summarize my research with the most relevant information to share with our resources the financial community. This summary can serve as a basis to work from or help you decipher which online broker offers what you need. Hence, I urge you to search their site, their product offering and, and contact and talk with them, if necessary, to get a better idea what you get when you open a trading account activities.

Online brokers are Fidelity as I looked, TD Ameritrade, ShareBuilder, and Charles Schwab. Following is a summary of the main factors that can help you in your decision.
