They tried to entertain you with a small Humr, generate buzz about the company and we hope to get their company name in your head. The line shankapotomus, it's just an insult Guy could throw a golfer to a friend while making fun of his golf game (ie shanked a shot). It would could just as easily called the shankmeister.
