Best Trading Card Game

In the Pokemon Trading Card Game what 2 types are the best? Why?

I just started collecting and want to know which types I should have in my 2 decks.

Fire and fighting as they have high HP,powerful attacks,low retreat cost(except for Fighting pokemon’s retreat cost)unique poke-bodies, poke-power, attack and also abilities but colourless is good too!! The best/most powerful cards are Lugia EX and Charizard EX(both can give 200 damage to your opponent’s pokemon)!!
