Carbon Trading Credits
What is meant by carbon trading? Is it same as carbon credits?
The carbon schemes currently out there all have the same goal…… and that is to drive up the cost of cheap fossil-fuel energy to the point where VERY EXPENSIVE and unreliable wind, solar….etc. energy seem to be competitive.
The bottom line is that the cost of goods and services will soar for all consumers.
All of this for a make-believe CO2 problem.
Please don’t fall for the notion of ‘man-did-it’ global warming.

Carbon Trading Law and Practice by Deatherage, Scott Edition , 0 $83.49 In Carbon Trading Law and Practice, author Scott D. Deatherage provides practitioners with a comprehensive practical guide to the US and international practice of carbon emissions trading. The book includes a comprehensive examination of state, federal, and international climate change and greenhouse gas laws and regulations, emissions trading, international and EU law, other reduction programs, carbon credit projects and financing, climate change disclosure, and the US regulatory regime for greenhouse gas regulation and emissions trading. The book also provides a detailed description of the development and current status of greenhouse gas regulations in the United States, and the current state of affairs in terms of US carbon markets. The use of market-based systems as a means of regulating emissions and other environmental pollution or degradation is a growing phenomenon. As nations and states appear to be responding to scientific pronouncements regarding the existence and causes of climate change, environmental markets appear to be one of the main tools that will be used to address greenhouse gas emissions. Carbon Trading Law and Practice provides the fundamental explanation and the underlying legal systems and issues that serve to create and sustain carbon credit creation and the trading of these credits, and a series of related legal and business issues. |

Carbon Rush (Paperback) $18.22 Written by award-winning documentarian Amy Miller, The Carbon Rush focuses on the real meaning of Carbon trading, where countries can buy and sell anothers` carbon emission through a system where carbon credits are traded like stocks and bonds. It is really a zero-sum formula where the amount of carbon-based pollution is not being reduced ? only moved by brokers among countries. Credits are then given which are used to bankroll huge industrial operations, many of which are ravaging both the world`s poor and their environments, many of which are aboriginal. Amy Miller goes behind this carbon formula to see what`s really happening behind the scenes, where traders are making a real fortune (literally becoming billionaires). And you will be shocked to see what`s happening in countries like India, Brazil, Scotland, Panama, Honduras, and others, where projects that are being funded by carbon offset credits are in fact impoverishing ? and killing — the world`s most vulnerable people ? and our most fragile environments. The effect: well meaning Americans and Canadians who support green endeavours and carbon offsetting have not only been duped, but are in fact helping big business polluters get dirtier and bigger and richer. |

A Trader`s Manual to Trading Forex (Hardcover) $34.5 This book is for traders by a trader. Cliff Wachtel has designed A Trader`s Manual to Trading Forex as just that: a guide to Forex trading written the way traders think and execute. Wachtel starts by walking the reader through selecting a trading plan based on evidence that supports the plan (the evidence must be there in order for it to work and Wachtel provides benchmarks for selecting evidence). He then provides simple technical analysis tools, along with concrete examples and anecdotes, that show how and when to buy low and sell high. Then, and only then, does Wachtel provide step-by-step mechanics needed to enter and exit a trade and understand leverage and risk. Along the way, Wachtel stresses one important theme: plan and execute high probability trades or, at the very least, avoide big losses. Wachtel also talks about avoiding what he calls unnecessary noise and "mindless trading" via tools like buddy system and twitter. Since the content is intended for individual and retail traders, Wachtel will provide appendices full of additional resources online for trading platforms, discussion forums, and continuing education credits. |
