I am a novice investor with $ 100, eTrade does have a minimum balance when I open an account?

eTrade charges 9.99 ABT, do you know if Another cheaper online brokers .. but remember I only have $ 100 to invest … Will I abl to invest in Pink: and OTC: listed companies, no charge using any other version or eTrade online brokerage cheaper! Thank you
