How do I share a gift to the family?

My employer is a NASDAQ traded company. He shares Purchase Plan employees and a few months ago I bought shares with a discount. shares are in the ETrade account. I want to give some of my actions as a gift to a relative of mine. How can I do? (The report does not have an account ETrade)
