How best to manage bank account from overseas?

I opened a saving account in the US while I was working there a couple years back. Now I have moved out of the country and left the account open with a small sum of money. I am just wondering how best can I manage my account while overseas?

Check with the bank to see if you are able assess your account via the internet. If the bank has that facility you should have no problems. You mention ETrade – do you intend buying and selling shares? Internet banking and internet share trading are two separate issues. Each can be done independently of the other.
