How can I send a message to my members stating why theirs was rejected in a standard form?

I have a group in yahoo that deals with ony trade or barter. Sometimes members will post things for sale or services. Is there an area that would send a message explaining the rejection?

There is no option as the one you are describing but there is a way you can do it.

Prepare a standard file and save it to your desktop (rejection.txt). When you have to REJECT a pending message, copy and paste the text from your prepared file into the message you are rejecting (returning).
