Td Ameritrade Close Account

TD Ameritrade has changed my outlook uncertain security issues …?

I called to close the account about 2 weeks and now I just got a letter in the mail telling me that my security questions were modified. Is this the way they close the account or wtf … He has no money or anything on the account so I had DOBUT hacked or somthing. What I want to know is how they close the account or wat and why did they change the questions if not dry. Thank you
