Td Ameritrade Trading Tools

Does anyone know of a Stock Pattern Analyzer that I can use (free)? There is one that I like on TD Ameritrade?

But, since I am a Canadian, I cannot sign up with TD Ameritade. I tried checking other Canadian online stock trading companies (like Questtrade, E-Trade Canada, and TD Waterhouse), but they don’t have this tool for technical pattern analysis. Does anyone know of anything out there that is free?
