Where can I outsource project(s) to scan business cards gathered from tradeshows ASAP in Atlanta GA. ideas?
I’ve got a clent that need to get approiximately 500-750 business cards from seasonal trade show attendees organized for import into ACT or QuickBase. Rather then investing clerical support hours at the process of “card scan”, their sales team wants to find a resource to handle this function off-site. I’m hopeful that SOMEONE started a company that is good at that kind of stuff?
Any office supply store will have business card scanners that will be a lot less expensive than paying someone to manually input the information. They are easy to hook up, and they work very well.
You should also advise your client to rent a badge scanner from their next trade show organizer. When the show is over you get a CD with all the contact information.
