1.What is afterhours trading and it’s advantage & disadvantage?

3.What is intraday trading and it’s advantage & disadvantage?

1. Afterhours Trading….When Normal Market closed..then Market opens for 10 minutes so that if anyone needs to close his position then they are allowed to do so. Rate are fixed as the Average Closing Price which is weighted average of last half an hour of Normal trade.

Advantage : No Fluctuation in prices and a window to close out unwanted trade.

Disadvantage : Normally its hard to find a buyer or seller when required due to lack of liquidity.

2 & 3. Day Trading and Intra Day Trading are same.

This is a Trade where a trader closes its position on the same day. MEANING…: IF you BUY a share then you will sell it on same day before market closes. Similarly if you SELL a share then you will BUY that share on same day before market closes.

Advantages : Time of investment is shortest.
Normally Every Broker gives you Levarge to buy/sell on Day trading basis beyond your capital that is with your broker. Thus more Exposure.

Disadvantage : High Risk.
Too much Fluctuation
More like a Gamble.
