Trading License Dubai
Trade license problems?
There is a trading company in Dubai who has a problem with their trading license and therefor they cannot issue any employment visa. The trade license is present,but what could be the reason they cannot issue visa’s? Everyone there is now working on a visit visa!! I know that’s illegal,but what can they do? Complain at MoL,loose their job and possible get a big fine or deportation?
I completely agree with H on this. MoL suspends issuing new visas (their computers linked with immigration) if the company is being investigated for violating labor law or if there are unpaid dues (salaries) to the workers it already got if they did not get those payments in a timely manner. It makes perfect sense not to allow such companies to get more employees if it can’t pay the ones that are there already.
