Invoice Management -

Along with the RMA management you also have the ability to create, use and manage your Proforma invoices. There is a system in place to allow you to use your own company letterhead and signature as well; this is a great thing to have when it comes to branding and getting your name out to more people in the industry. The great thing about it is that you do not have to limit your invoices to members, the Proforma invoices can be issued to non-members. You will be able to log into your Proforma invoice control panel and customize it to your needs.  

Purchase Records –

This section is similar to the RMA and invoice sections. You get your own letterhead and it is easy to issue a purchase order through the control panel. It is very easy to keep the track of the orders and shipments of the suppliers. There is an option to attach copies of everything like invoice, packing lists, etc-etc. with a purchase order record and this section has a real time status updating feature.

VIP Section –
There is a storage area available to you for downloading such things as pricelists, catalogs and other like materials. You are not limited in the number of downloads and uploads, but you are only allotted 50 MB of space. You simply log into this location with a password. This is a very useful feature when it comes to sending files to potential clients or loyal clients. If a file is too large, you wouldn’t want to try and email it as an attachment.
You also have a virtual showroom for showing your products to potential clients. This area is also password protected so that you retain full control over who is seeing your showroom and the product within it. Platinum members have this available so that they may show off new inventions to their potential or regular customers.

Inventory Management -

This is a very useful feature. As a platinum member of the Global Trade Marketplace you will be able to manage your parts and supplier inventory. You get a control panel that you can use to customize your options and tracking information. You can also utilize the forecasting tool that allows the system to calculate need based on stock and use.
