Are Import goods Tax or GST Free under New Zealand & Hong Kong Free Trade Agreement?

I am an online trader, and i am just wondering what the new free trading agreement between New Zealand and Hong Kong is about? Does it mean the tax on all import goods from nz to hk or vice versa will be free? Or it has nothing to do about this? Can anyone please clarify to me if you know?
If it is, it will be a great news for all online traders.
