Trying to locate a book mentioned on Trading Spouses or Wife Swap?

There was an episode with a submissive wife who lived her life based on this book about how to be a good wife, submissive, etc. I can’t seem to locate the episode on either shows episode guides or the book. I believe the woman also has a website devoted to the lifestyle and centered around this particular book.
I’m looking for the name of the book and/or the names of the couples on the show for that episode.
